Navy Children School, Ezhimala, which was started in 1986, functions under the auspices of the Navy Education Society, New Delhi. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. The school course extends over a period of 12 years and prepares pupils for the All India Secondary and Senior School Certificate Examination conducted by the CBSE. It is a co-education institution and is housed inside the Naval Base, Southern Naval Command.

Independence Day Celebration

On Independence Day, our school celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotism. The ceremony began with the hoisting of the national flag by the Senior Education Officer, Commander K M Prakadheeswaran, who addressed the students with an inspiring speech about the significance of freedom and national unity. The event was further enlivened by a series of vibrant cultural performances by the students, showcasing traditional dances and patriotic songs. The day's celebrations were a heartfelt tribute to our nation's history and a reminder of the values we hold.

Janmashtami Celebration 2024

Our KG school celebrated Janmashtami with joy and excitement, bringing the divine tales of Krishna to life. The little ones were a delightful sight, dressed up as Krishna and Radha, complete with peacock feathers, flutes, and colorful attire. The celebration was filled with cheerful activities, including dances, songs, and playful enactments of scenes from Lord Krishna's childhood. The day was not only a fun-filled experience for the kids but also a beautiful way to introduce them to the cultural heritage and timeless stories of Janmashtami.
